EGR Cooler, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace the seals and the O-rings.

Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type.

-- Install pre-catalytic converter. Refer to PRE-CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the intake flap motors. Refer to OVERVIEW - INTAKE MANIFOLD .

-- Install the oil filter housing. Refer to OVERVIEW - ENGINE OIL COOLER, PRESSURE REGULATOR VALVE AND OIL FILTER HOUSING .

-- Install the right upper coolant pipe. Refer to UPPER RIGHT COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the upper left coolant pipe. Refer to LEFT UPPER COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING .
