Upper Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note The Following: 

NOTE:

Replace the O-ring.

Secure all hose connections using hose clamps appropriate for the model type. Refer to the Parts Information.

-- Clean and/or smooth the sealing surfaces of the O-rings.

-- Coat the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

-- Install the engine oil cooler. Refer to OVERVIEW - ENGINE OIL COOLER, PRESSURE REGULATOR VALVE AND OIL FILTER HOUSING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, FILLING .
