Right Rear Coolant Pipe, Removing And Installing, Engine Codes Casa And CASD: Removing

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING .

-- Remove the air filter housing upper section. Refer to OVERVIEW - AIR FILTER .

-- Remove the bolts -2- and -3-.

-- Loosen the clamp -1- and remove the right air duct pipe from the air duct hose forward.

-- Disconnect the connector -3- on the Intake Flap Motor -V157-.

-- Remove the bolts -2- and -4- and move the Intake Flap Motor -V157- to the side with the connecting rod still connected.

NOTE:

The connecting rod -1- is not removed to avoid damage to the Intake Flap Motor -V157-.

-- Disconnect the connector -1- on the Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor -G62-.

-- Remove the bolt -2-.

-- Remove the coolant hoses -arrows- and the right rear coolant pipe.
