Intake Manifold, Lower Section, With Fuel Rail Assembly Overview

- Gasket
- Replace
- Sleeve
- Intake manifold lower section
- The intake manifold flaps must be all the way open in the intake manifold channel when the intake manifold lower section is being installed
- Removing and installing, refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, LOWER SECTION, WITH FUEL RAIL
- 10 Nm
- Support ring
- Replace if damaged
- Make sure it fits correctly when installed
- O-ring
- Replace
- Coat with clean engine oil
- Spacer ring
- Replace if damaged
- Fuel injector
- Removing and installing, refer to FUEL INJECTORS
- Combustion chamber seal
- Do not grease ring or treat with any other lubricant
- Replace
- Actuator lever
- For the vacuum actuator
- Seal
- Replace if damaged
- Lift out with screwdriver to replace
- Press in by hand
- Vacuum hose
- From the Intake Manifold Runner Control (IMRC) Valve -N316-
- Intake manifold runner control vacuum actuator
- Intake Manifold Runner Position Sensor 2 -G512-
- Bolts
- 2.5 Nm
- Threaded support
- 40 Nm
- Cover
- For the spray nozzle valve and the oil check valve
- Removing and installing, refer to appropriate service information.
- To vacuum reservoir
- High pressure fuel line
- Bolts
- 9 Nm
- Fuel rail
- Removing and installing, refer to INTAKE MANIFOLD, LOWER SECTION, WITH FUEL RAIL
