Front Coolant Pipes, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal. Note The Following:

Tightening Specification. Refer To OVERVIEW - COOLANT PIPES .

NOTE:

Replace The Gasket And O-Ring.

Replace Any Bolts That Were Tightened With An Additional Turn.

-- Clean Or Smooth Out The Seal And O-Ring Sealing Surfaces.

-- Coat The Seal And O-Ring With Coolant And Install Them.

-- Install The Cooler With The Fan Shroud. Refer To RADIATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
