- Clutch Cover
- There are different versions depending on the date of manufacture, with or without a thrust washer (refer to -item 7- Thrust Washer) .
- Removing. Refer to DSG CLUTCH, REMOVING .
- Installing. Refer to DUAL CLUTCH, INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence. Refer to Fig 2 for tightening sequence.
- O-Ring
- Replacing
- Dual Clutch
- There are different versions depending on the date of manufacture.
- Removing. Refer to DSG CLUTCH, REMOVING .
- Installing. Refer to DUAL CLUTCH, INSTALLING .
- Perform the relevant "Guided Function " using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester after replacing the dual clutch.

- Replacing. Refer to INPUT SHAFT SEAL, REPLACING .
- Bolt
- 60 Nm
- Replacing
-- Tighten the bolts in three steps in the sequence shown:
| Step | Bolts | Tightening Specification |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | -1 to 5- | Install by hand evenly until the bolt head contact the clutch cover. |
| 2 | -1 to 5- | Tighten one after the other in 90° steps until the clutch cover contact the transmission housing. |
| 3 | -1 to 5- | 10 Nm |
