Headlamp Housing, Removing And Installing, Vehicles From My 2013: Installing

• Tightening specification, refer to OVERVIEW - HEADLAMP, HALOGEN HEADLAMPS, FROM MY 2013 .

Install In Reverse Order Of Removal. Note The Following:

-- Install the headlamp housing -6- and bracket -2- onto the lock carrier and the fender.

-- Install the screws -1, 3, 4, 5 and 7- hand-tight.

• The guide tab -arrow B- on the headlamp housing bracket -1- must fit into the opening on the lock carrier -3-.

• The guides -2- and -4- must fit into the mounts -arrow A-.

-- Install the front bumper cover, refer to FRONT BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING / OVERVIEW - FRONT BUMPER COVER .

-- Align the headlamp housing gap dimensions -6- according to the body contours.

• Gap dimension = even gap dimension.

-- If height adjustment is necessary, loosen bolt -1- and turn adjusting nut.

-- Tighten the bolts -1, 3, 4 and 5-.

-- Remove the front bumper cover, refer to FRONT BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING / OVERVIEW - FRONT BUMPER COVER .

-- Tighten the bolt -7-.

-- Install the front bumper cover, refer to FRONT BUMPER COVER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING / OVERVIEW - FRONT BUMPER COVER .

-- Check gap dimensions again. If necessary, repeat the adjustment of the gap dimensions as described above.

-- Adjust the headlamp, refer to HEADLAMP, ADJUSTING .
