Bumper Cover, Removing And Installing: Installing

- Gap dimensions. Refer to BUMPER COVER GAP DIMENSION .
- Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - BUMPER COVER .
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
-- When installing, the side catches on the guide piece -2- must engage completely into the bumper cover -1-.
-- If equipped, connect the connector to the Parking Aid Control Module -J446-. Refer to TAIL LAMPS .
-- Install the tail lamps. Refer to TAIL LAMPS .
NOTE:
Versions with lane change assistance: If the bumper cover was removed, the lane change assistance must be calibrated. Refer to LANE CHANGE ASSISTANCE .
