Auxiliary Components Bracket, Removing And Installing: Installing
Install In Reverse Order Of Removal. Note The Following:
NOTE:
Replace Any Bolts That Were Tightened With An Additional Turn.
Replace The O-Rings And Seals.
-- Coat the O-rings -4- with coolant additive. For the correct coolant additive.
-- Install the connection -2- into the coolant pump housing -3-.
-- Slide the auxiliary components bracket -1- onto the connection and then install and tighten the bolts. Refer to Sub-Assembly Bracket, Version 1 - Tightening Specifications and Sequence .
-- Install the A/C compressor.
-- Install the generator.
-- Install the ribbed belt. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
NOTE:
Do Not Reuse Used Coolant.
-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
-- Install the oil and check the oil level.
