Auxiliary Components Bracket
- Removing and installing. Refer to AUXILIARY COMPONENTS BRACKET, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- Short bolt 20 Nm +45°
- Long bolt 20 Nm +180°
- Always replace after removing
- Quantity: 3
- Different lengths
- Various Tightening specifications
Toothed Belt Sprocket for the High Pressure Pump
Nut
- 95 Nm
- Counterhold with Counterhold - Camshaft Gear:T10051 to loosen and tighten.
Hub
- Use Puller:T10489 to remove.
High Pressure Pump
- With Fuel Metering Valve -N290- not opened
- Removing and installing. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- If the high pressure pump is removed or replaced, then the fuel system must be filled/bleed before the first engine start. Refer to FUEL SYSTEM, FILLING/BLEEDING .
- After resetting the adaptation values using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester in Guided Functions , 01 - Reset The Adaptation Values

High Pressure Line
- 28 Nm
- Between the high pressure reservoir (rail) and the high pressure pump.
- Removing. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Read and follow all instructions on installing the high pressure lines. Refer to HIGH PRESSURE LINES, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
