Lower Front Coolant Line, Removing And Installing: Removing

-- Remove the oil filter housing. Refer to OIL FILTER HOUSING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Loosen the clamp -2-, and remove the air guide pipe -1-.

All Vehicles, Excluding Engine Codes CRUA & DEJA:

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and move the bracket -1- and wiring harness to the side.

Vehicles With Engine Codes CRUA & DEJA: 

-- Remove the Throttle Valve Control Module -J338-. Refer to THROTTLE VALVE CONTROL MODULE -J338-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Lift the clamp -4-, and remove the coolant hose.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the clip -2-, and remove the coolant thermostat housing -3- from the lower front coolant pipe -1-.

-- Loosen the clamp -1- and remove the coolant hose.

-- Remove the bolt -4-.

-- Disconnect and remove the lower front coolant pipe -3-, while doing so no not damage the vacuum line -2-.
