Bolt
- 30 Nm
- For vehicles with Front Wheel Drive (FWD) only
Right Flange Shaft
- For vehicles with Front Wheel Drive (FWD)
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH FRONT WHEEL DRIVE .
Bolt
- 33 Nm
- For vehicles with All Wheel Drive (AWD) only
Right Flange Shaft
- For vehicles with All Wheel Drive (AWD)
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING, VEHICLES WITH ALL WHEEL DRIVE
Seal
- Replace after removing
- Insert in the surrounding right flange shaft groove
- Remove to replace needle bearing (polygon bearing) -item 6-.
Needle Bearing (polygon bearing)
- Replacing. Refer to RIGHT FLANGE SHAFT NEEDLE BEARING, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- If the flange shaft is difficult to move when it is removed, this is not a fault
- Acoustical test only when installed
- Check for damage, for example for cracks on the out race
Locking Ring
- Always replace after removing
Bevel Box
Bolt
- 30 Nm
Left Flange Shaft
- Removing and installing. Refer to LEFT FLANGE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
Transmission
