Accessory Assembly Bracket

Removing

-- Remove the ribbed belt tensioner. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER .

-- Remove the front noise insulation -1-. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Remove fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD .

-- Remove the right noise insulation -arrows-.

-- Remove the noise insulation frame -arrow- and the rear noise insulation. Refer to Removal and Installation .

Vehicles with Air Conditioning (A/C):

-- Disconnect solenoid clutch electrical connector -1- on A/C compressor.

CAUTION:

Risk of damaging refrigerant lines and hoses.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows-.

-- Remove the A/C compressor from the bracket and tie it to the lock carrier.

All Vehicles:

-- Remove bolts -1 to 6- and remove accessory assembly bracket.

Installing

Installation is done is reverse order, observe the following:

-- Install A/C compressor. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Install fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD .

-- Install the noise insulation frame and the noise insulation. Refer to Removal and Installation .

-- Install the ribbed belt tensioner. Refer to RIBBED BELT TENSIONER .
