Left/Right Rear Level Control System Sensor -G76- / -G77-, Removing And Installing: Installing

NOTE:

Only sensors of the same version may be installed.

-- Adapt replacement part accordingly and install.

-- Install the bolts -3- using an angled wrench. Do not bend upper retaining plate when doing so.

NOTE:

Hold Level Control System Sensor Securely When Tightening Screws -3-.

Sensor Lever Must Point Outward. 

-- Install the bolt -1-.

-- Re-establish the connector -2-.

Tightening Specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - TRANSVERSE LINK .

-- Perform the basic setting of the headlamps. Refer to HEADLAMPS .

-- If the Level Control System Sensor -- was removed and installed on a vehicle with electronically controlled damping or if the linkage was loosened, the control position must be reprogrammed using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester. Refer to CONTROL POSITION, PROGRAMMING .

-- If the control position was reprogrammed on vehicles with lane assist, the Directional Stabilization Assistance Control Module -J759- must be calibrated again. Refer to LANE ASSIST, CALIBRATING .
