Gearshift Rails And Selector Forks: Notes

NOTE:

Gearshift rails / shift forks installed positions inside the transmission GEARSHIFT RAILS / SHIFT FORKS INSTALLED POSITIONS INSIDE THE TRANSMISSION. .
Removing the shift fork group from the bearing brackets for the input and output shafts. Refer to SHIFT FORK GROUP, INPUT SHAFT, 1ST, 2ND AND REVERSE GEAR OUTPUT SHAFTS ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW .

Gearshift Rail / Reverse Gear Shift Fork
Gearshift Rail / Shift Fork for 1st and 2nd Gear
Ball Sleeve
- Remove and install, for example, using locking ring pliers (for the outer races) from the gearshift rail / shift fork
Gearshift Rail / Shift Fork for 3rd and 4th Gear
Gearshift Rail / Shift Fork for 5th and 6th Gear
- With yoke for the gearshift rail / shift fork mounting
- The shift fork cannot be separated from the yoke.
