Fender, Removing And Installing

Fender
- Removing:
  -- Remove front wheel and wheel housing liner. Refer to OVERVIEW - FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER .
  
  -- Remove nuts -8- on the fender brace and the bumper cover bracket -9-.
  
  -- Remove the end plate. Refer to END PLATE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
  
  -- Remove bolts -2- on fender flange and on the A-pillar -4- and first remove the bottom of the fender from the fender brace.
  
  -- Pull out fender slightly to side and raise upward.
- Install in reverse order of removal.

Rear Bracket
- Must be first riveted on new fender.
Front Bracket
- Must be first riveted on new fender.
Nuts
- 4 Nm
