Coat the bearing areas and sliding surfaces with polycarbamide grease.

- Check using Guided Fault Finding in the vehicle diagnostic tester.
- With integrated selector lever sensor system control module with selector lever, tipronic switch, selector lever park position lock switch and selector lever solenoid can only be replaced with the mechanism function of the selector mechanism.
- Perform selector mechanism emergency release, refer to SELECTOR MECHANISM, PERFORMING EMERGENCY RELEASE
