Seat heating element, removing and installing (standard seat)

Removing

Remove seat: Vehicles until 10.04 → Front power seats with memory, removing and installing , vehicles from 11.04 → Front power seats with memory, removing and installing .
Remove backrest: Vehicles until 10.04 → Front backrest (standard seat), removing and installing , vehicles from 11.04 → Front backrest (standard seat), removing and installing .
Remove cover and padding from seat pan → Cover and upholstery for seat pan, removing and installing (standard seat) .

Cut wire - 2 - off of old heating element - 1 -.

Installing

Align heating element - 1 - on seat surface, remove protective foil and glue heating element to cushion.
Slide electrical wire - 2 - into openings - 3 -.
Lay wire connections without crossing into bottom of openings at positions - 4 -.
