1. Front Muffler
   • Protect from shocks and impact stress
   • Removing and installing. Refer to LEFT CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING 
   • Align the exhaust system free of tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
2. Seal
   • Replace
3. Nut
   • Tightening specification: 23 Nm
   • Replace
4. Catalytic Converter
   • Protect from shocks and impact stress
   • Removing and installing. Refer to RIGHT CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING 
   • Align the exhaust system free of tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION 
5. Nut
   • Tightening specification: 23 Nm
   • Replace
6. Seal
   • Replace
7. Front Clamping Sleeve
   • Installed position. Refer to Fig 3
   • Before tightening, align exhaust system free of tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
   • Tighten threaded connections evenly.
8. Nut
   • Tightening specification: 23 Nm
9. Suspended Mount
   • Replace if damaged
10. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 23 Nm
11. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 23 Nm

1. Center Muffler
   • Original equipment as one unit with rear muffler. For repairs, replace each separately
   • Separating point between the center and rear muffler. Refer to CENTER MUFFLER AND REAR MUFFLER, SEPARATING .
   • Align the exhaust system free of tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
2. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: 60 Nm
3. Suspended Mount
   • Replace if damaged
4. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: 23 Nm
5. Clip
   • For the tail pipe
6. Bolt
   • Tightening specification: 23 Nm
7. Suspended Mount
   • Replace if damaged
8. Tail Pipe
   • Replacing. Refer to TAIL PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING 
9. Rear Muffler
   • Original equipment as one unit with center muffler. For repairs, replace each separately
   • Separating point between the center and rear muffler. Refer to CENTER MUFFLER AND REAR MUFFLER, SEPARATING .
   • Align the exhaust system free of tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
10. Rear Clamping Sleeve
    • For individual replacement of center and rear mufflers
    • Installed position. Refer to Fig 4
    • Before tightening, align exhaust system free of tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .
    • Tighten threaded connections evenly.
11. Nut
    • Tightening specification: 23 Nm
12. Bolt
    • Tightening specification: 23 Nm
13. Suspended Mount
    • Replace if damaged

-- Install clamping sleeves so threaded connections are below.

• Ends of bolts point toward outside of vehicle.

-- Install the left clamping sleeve so the threaded connections are at the left.

• Ends of bolts point down.

-- Install right clamping sleeve so threaded connections are at top.

• Ends of screws point toward right.

1. Bolt - Tightening specification: 9 Nm

3. Bolt - Tightening specification: 23 Nm
