Overview - Auxiliary Component Bracket Ribbed Belt Drive

  1. Ribbed Belt
    • Check for wear
    • Before removing, mark direction of rotation using chalk or felt-tip marker
    • Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
    • Do not kink
    • When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the ribbed belt pulleys
  2. Bolt
    • 20 Nm + 90° turn
    • Replace
  3. Vibration Damper
  4. Cover
    • For the idler roller
  5. Idler Roller
    • 40 Nm
    • For the ribbed belt
  6. Bolt
    • Tightening specifications: 1 Nm.
  7. Generator
  8. Bolt
    • 20 Nm
  9. Bracket
    • For the generator
  10. Bolt
  11. Ribbed Belt Pulley
  12. Bolt
  13. Coolant Pump
  14. Bolt
    • Tightening specification and sequence: Tighten the bolts -arrows- in a diagonal sequence in stages to 9 Nm.

    • For power steering pump
  17. Slide Bushing

  21. Ribbed Belt Pulley

  27. Bolt
  28. Alignment Sleeve
    • Quantity: 2
  29. Cover
    • For tensioning element
  30. Sealing Flange, Belt Pulley Side

-- Tighten the bolts -arrows- in a diagonal sequence in stages to 9 Nm.
