Right Exhaust Manifold: Installing

Tightening specifications, refer to Figure.

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

NOTE:

Replace gasket and self-locking nuts.

-- Place new gasket onto stud bolts.

-- Insert exhaust manifold in securing strips and tighten. Refer to Figure.

-- Install right coolant pipe. Refer to RIGHT COOLANT PIPE .

-- Install rear right coolant pipe. Refer to REAR RIGHT COOLANT PIPE .

-- Install right primary catalytic converter. Refer to RIGHT PRIMARY CATALYTIC CONVERTER .

-- Align exhaust system free of tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM, DRAINING AND FILLING .
