EGR Auxiliary Cooler, Removing And Installing: Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specification. Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION OVERVIEW .

NOTE:

Replace the seals and O-rings.

-- Install the left rear coolant pipe to the exhaust gas recirculation auxiliary cooler. Refer to LEFT REAR COOLANT PIPE ON EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION AUXILIARY COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the rear coolant pipes. Refer to REAR COOLANT PIPE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install primary catalytic converter. Refer to PRIMARY CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the coolant, refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
