Left Coolant Pipe: Installing

Tightening specifications, refer to COOLANT PIPES OVERVIEW .

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

NOTE:

Replace O-rings.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model. .

-- Replace O-ring at guide tube for oil dipstick and insert guide tube into hole in oil pan (upper section).

-- Install the power steering pump supply pipe. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING (VEHICLES WITH V12 TDI ENGINE) .

-- Fill hydraulic oil in power steering reservoir and bleed system. Refer to POWER STEERING, CHECKING HYDRAULIC OIL LEVEL

-- Install throttle valve control module --. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM .

-- Install crankcase ventilation pressure regulator valve. Refer to COMPONENT LOCATION OVERVIEW - FUEL INJECTION SYSTEM .

-- Fill with coolant COOLING SYSTEM, DRAINING AND FILLING .
