Radiator Overview

Danger of personal injury due to the coolant fan turning on by itself.
- Disconnect the connectors before working near the fan shroud.

- Removing and Installing. Refer to FUEL SYSTEM COOLER, THROUGH 05/2010, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Change the coolant after replacing.

- Removing and Installing. Refer to Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the old o-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.
-- Coat the new o-ring with coolant and install it in the coolant hose.
-- Press the coolant hose onto the connection -1- until it engages audibly.
-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connection is engaged correctly.
