Fuel System Cooler, Through 05/2010, Removing And Installing

Removal

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Remove the front bumper cover. Refer to FRONT BUMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the left and right air ducts.

-- Remove the bolts -2 through 5- ; then loosen the clamps -1- and -6- and remove the fuel cooling circuit cooler from the coolant hoses.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.

-- Install the front bumper cover. Refer to FRONT BUMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the coolant, refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
