Radiator Overview

  1. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
  2. Clamp
    • Make sure it is secure.
  3. ATF Cooler
    • For the automatic transmission.
  4. Condenser
    • For air conditioning system.
  5. Clamp
    • Make sure it is secure.
  6. Washer
  7. Rubber Buffer
  8. Radiator
  9. Grommet
  10. Bolt
    • 5.5 Nm
  11. O-Ring
    • Replace
  12. Clamp
  13. Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor on Radiator Outlet -G83-
  14. O-Ring
    • Replace
  15. Coolant Hose
    • Connect to the radiator, refer to Fig 2.
  16. Coolant Hose
  17. Coolant Hose
    • Connect to the radiator, refer to Fig 2.
  18. O-Ring
    • Replace
  19. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
  20. Bolt
    • 8 Nm
  21. Clamp
    • Make sure it is secure.
  22. Hydraulic Fluid Cooler
    • For power steering.

-- Remove the old o-ring -2- in the coolant hose -3-.

-- Moisten new O-ring with coolant additive and install it in the coolant hose.

-- Press the coolant hose onto the radiator -1- or coolant pipe until it engages.

-- Press the coolant hose on again and pull to make sure the connection is engaged correctly.
