Upper Coolant Pipe

Removing

-- Remove the oil cooler. Refer to ENGINE OIL COOLER .

-- Remove the coolant hose; to do this, loosen the hose clamp -2-.

NOTE:

Ignore -1- and -arrow-.

-- Remove the front coolant pipe from cylinder block.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Replace O-ring.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

-- Clean and/or smooth the sealing surfaces of the O-rings.

-- Coat the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

-- Install the oil cooler. Refer to ENGINE OIL COOLER .

-- Fill with coolant FILLING .
