Coolant Thermostat Housing Assembly Overview

WARNING:
Risk of scalding due to hot steam and hot coolant.
- When the engine is warm the cooling system is under pressure.
- Reduce pressure by covering coolant reservoir cap with a cloth and carefully open.

- Thermostat Housing
- Removal and installation, refer to COOLANT THERMOSTAT HOUSING
- Bracket

- Bolts
- 10 Nm
- Coolant Thermostat
- With connecting piece -7-, removing and installing, refer to CONNECTING PIECE WITH COOLANT THERMOSTAT
- Checking THERMOSTAT, CHECKING

- Gasket
- Replace
- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor -G62-
- Removal and installation, refer to ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR
- Sealing Plugs
-- Tighten the bolt -1- to 10 Nm.
-- Tighten the bolt -1- to 10 Nm.
