Complete the Adjustment

-- Tighten the bolts -1, 2 and 3- to 10 Nm.

-- Press the v button -4- to continue.

-- Remove the Turbo E-Positioner Service Kit - Bracket: VAS6395/6 -arrow-.

The Turbocharger Control Module 1 -J724- goes to the end points.

NOTE:

If "FAULT" appears in the display, then replace the new Turbocharger Control Module 1 -J724-. Refer to For both E-Boxes - Install the new Turbocharger Control Module 1 -J724- in reverse order of removal. .

Display on the E-Box: VAS6395A/1 :

[OK]

The adjustment is complete.

-- Disconnect the connector for the Turbo E-Positioner Service Kit - Electronic Unit: VAS6395A/1 .

Assembly is performed in reverse order.
