Overview - Wheel Set

  1. Bolt
    • 20 Nm + 45° additional turn
    • For attaching the shift fork group to the bearing bracket. Refer to -item  2- "Shift Fork Group" and -item  3- "Bearing Bracket".
    • Quantity: 2

  3. Bearing Bracket
    • Supports input shaft and input shaft in transmission cover
    • Remove any locking compound still in the threaded holes with a thread cutter.
    • Different versions
    • Allocation
      NOTE:

      Outer roller bearing races on input and output shafts cannot be replaced individually.

      Roller bear outer races must not have any radial clearance in bearing bracket.

      When replacing the roller bearing on the input- output shaft, for example when replacing the input shaft, the bearing bracket does not have to be replaced.

  11. Locking Collar/Synchronizer Hub for 1st and 2nd Gears

    • Installed position: the higher inside collar faces 2nd gear. Refer to Figure

  12. Circlip
