Engine Support, Removing And Installing: Installation
Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:
- Tightening specifications, refer to SUBFRAME OVERVIEW , refer toFigure.
The hose connections as well as the air guide pipes and hoses must be free of oil and grease before Installation.
Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory.
-- Install the engine carrier. Refer to SUBFRAME, STABILIZER BAR AND COUPLING ROD .
-- Install the air guide pipe. Refer to AIR DUCT PIPES AND AIR DUCT HOSES OVERVIEW .
-- Install the subframe. Refer to SUBFRAME, STABILIZER BAR AND COUPLING ROD .
-- Tighten the Fuel Cooler Pump -V166- to the longitudinal member, refer to Fig 1.
-- Install the universal joint on steering gear. Refer to POWER STEERING GEAR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
-- Install the engine mount. Refer to ENGINE MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
