EGR Cooler Pump -V400-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING

Removal

-- Carefully pull the engine cover off the 4 bolts one after the other -arrows-.

-- Drain the coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Disconnect the connector -2-.

-- Remove the bolts -1-.

-- Remove the coolant hoses, to do so, loosen the hose clamps -arrows-.

-- Remove the EGR Cooler Pump -V400- with the engine lifting eye.

-- Remove the bolts -arrows- and remove the EGR Cooler Pump -V400- from the engine lift eyelet.

Installation

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

NOTE:

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory .

-- Fill the coolant, refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
