1. Coolant Thermostat with Connection
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to CONNECTING PIECE WITH COOLANT THERMOSTAT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
2. Coolant Hose
   • From the radiator at the bottom and on the right side.
3. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
4. Coolant Hose
   • To the left top coolant pipe.
5. Coolant Hose
   • From the EGR Cooler Pump -V400-.
6. EGR Coolant Thermostat with Connection
   • Removing and Installing. Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION COOLANT THERMOSTAT AND CONNECTION, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
7. O-Ring
   • Replace
8. Seal
   • Replace
9. Bolt
   • 9 Nm
10. Coolant Pump
    • Removing and Installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
11. Bolt
    • Tightening specification and sequence, refer to Fig 2.
12. Coolant Pump Ribbed Belt Pulley
    • Installation position: the word "vorne (front)" facing in drive direction.
13. Bolt
    • 23 Nm

-- Tighten the coolant pump bolts -arrow- in a diagonal sequence in stages to 9 Nm.

-- Tighten the Fuel Cooler Pump -V166- bracket bolt -arrow- to 23 Nm.
