Radiator, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - RADIATOR

NOTE:

If there are small impressions on the fins. Refer to COOLER AND CONDENSER ASSEMBLY .

-- Tighten ATF lines.

-- Tighten the power steering hydraulic lines. Refer to POWER STEERING PUMP, HYDRAULIC PIPES AND RESERVOIR OVERVIEW .

-- Install the refrigerant lines. Refer to COMPRESSOR REFRIGERANT LINES, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING .

-- Install the fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill the refrigerant system. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING [ .

-- Connect the coolant hose to the coupling. Refer to Figure.

NOTE:

If radiator was replaced, coolant must be changed.

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
