Catalytic Converters and Particulate Filter

- Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Catalytic Converter
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SELECTIVE CATALYTIC REDUCTION (SCR) CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Clamp
- Seal
- Replace
- Reducing Agent Injector -N474-
- Removing and installing. Refer to Reducing Agent Injector -N474-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

- Tightening specification -Item 1- OVERVIEW - Reducing Agent Injector -N474-.

- With a flex joint
- Do not bend the decoupling element more than 10° or it will be damaged.
- Protect from shocks and impact stress
- Removing and installing. Refer to PRE-CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Exhaust system, installing without tension. Refer to EXHAUST SYSTEM, INSTALLING WITHOUT TENSION .

- Coat with hot bolt paste.
- Particulate Filter
- With catalytic converter
- With pressure line for the Exhaust Pressure Sensor 1 -G450- -Item 16- OVERVIEW - EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR.
- Removing and installing. Refer to PARTICULATE FILTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- After replacing, perform Adaptation in Guided Functions using the Vehicle Diagnostic Tester.
