Left Exhaust Manifold, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications:

Refer to OVERVIEW - EXHAUST MANIFOLD .
Refer to Figure.

NOTE:

Replace the seals and self-locking nuts.

-- Tighten the exhaust manifold nuts. Refer to Figure.

-- Install the pre-catalytic converter. Refer to PRE-CATALYTIC CONVERTER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Install the air guide hoses and screw-type clamps. Refer to Fig 1.

-- Electrical connections and wiring routing. Refer to appropriate Wiring Diagram.

-- Follow the procedure after connecting the battery. Refer to BATTERY, DISCONNECTING AND CONNECTING .
