Overview - Exhaust Manifold

The illustration shows the cylinder bank 2 exhaust manifold (left).

Nut
- 25 Nm
- Replace
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.
Exhaust Manifold
- Removing and installing. Refer to LEFT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING , RIGHT EXHAUST MANIFOLD, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Seal
- Replace
Seal
- Replace
Bolt
- 30 Nm +90°
- Replace
- Coat the thread with hot bolt paste.

NOTE:

Replace the nuts.

Coat the thread on the nut with hot bolt paste.

-- Tighten the nuts in the three steps in the sequence shown:

Step	Nuts	Tightening Specification
1.	-1 to 8-	Install all the way in by hand.
2.	-1 to 8-	15 Nm
3.	-1 to 8-	25 Nm
