Rear Driveshaft Overview

- Rear Final Drive 0BN or 0BP
- Designate and allocate rear final drive. Refer to REAR FINAL DRIVE DESIGNATION 0BN AND 0BP .
- Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR FINAL DRIVE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- The color markings on the flange and front Drive Axle must align with each other.
- O-ring
- Replace
- Diameter 25 mm (black) or diameter 28 mm (green)
- Locking Ring
- Replace
- Diameter 25 mm (black) or diameter 28 mm (silver)
- Driveshaft Intermediate Bearing
- Install without tension
- Locking Ring
- Replace
- Diameter 28 mm
- Color: silver
- O-Ring
- Replace
- Diameter 28 mm
- Color: green
- Transfer Case

- Tunnel Brace
- Installed position Fig 2
- Bolt

- Rear Driveshaft
- Removing and Installing. Refer to REAR DRIVE SHAFT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- The colored dot on the rear Drive Axle must align with the colored dot on the transfer case and final drive.
- The round hole -arrow- on the tunnel support faces the direction of travel.
