Intake Flap Motor -V157-: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Replace the seals

The hose connections as well as the air guide pipes and hoses must be free of oil and grease before installing.

-- Install oil dipstick guide tube. Refer to figure 18 unde Removing .

-- Install the exhaust gas recirculation pipe. Refer to EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION (EGR) COOLER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
