Windshield Wiper Arm, Removing And Installing

Special tools and workshop equipment required 

Removal 

-- Turn on the ignition.

-- Actuate "rear window wiper" and allow wiper arm to run to end position.

-- Turn off the ignition and remove the key.

-- Carefully spread ends of cover cap in direction of -arrows- and lift off wiper arm.

-- Carefully pull off nozzle -2-.

-- Loosen the nut -1- one turn.

-- Place an M6 nut -4- on the nut.

-- Position the Puller - Wiper Arm Kit - Puller 1 T10369/1 on the wiper arm -1- as illustrated.

-- Position the thrust piece -2- on the wiper axle.

-- Rotate the bolt -3- clockwise until the wiper arm is removed from the axle.

-- Remove nut completely and remove wiper arm.

Installation 

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

-- Adjust wiper arm, refer to WIPER ARM, ADJUSTING .
