Wiper Arm, Adjusting

Procedure

-- Position wiper arm with wiper blade installed on wiper shaft and align wiper blade on rear window as follows:

Dimension -a- = 19 +/- 5 mm.

NOTE:

Dimension is the gap between tip of wiper blade and lower edge of window.

-- Tighten the wiper arm nut.

Tightening specifications, refer to REAR WINDOW WIPER OVERVIEW .

-- Turn on the ignition.

-- Actuate "rear window wiper" and allow wiper arm to run to end position.

-- Check wiper arm adjustment again, correct if necessary.
