Headliner Overview

NOTE:

Molded headliner for vehicles without sunroof is shown in illustration. On vehicles with sunroof, remove headliner from cover frame. Refer to Removing .

Headliner
- Removing and Installing. Refer to HEADLINER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Cover
- For the screen separator wall mount.
- Must be unclipped to remove and install headliner.
- Hangs after unclipping from the screen separator wall mount and cannot be removed.
- Remove and install the screen separator wall mount. Refer to SCREEN SEPARATOR WALL MOUNT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Bolt
- 3 Nm
- Approximately. 19 mm long
  NOTE:
  If 2 screws of different lengths are installed, shorter screw for securing sun visor must be installed at front of direction of travel.

Passenger Side Sun Visor
- Some vehicles are equipped with a double sun visor.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SUN VISOR OVERVIEW .
Driver Side Sun Visor
- Some vehicles are equipped with a double sun visor.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SUN VISOR OVERVIEW .
Center Cover
- For interior light/front reading light.
Decorative Frame
- For center cover.
Diffusion Lens
- For interior light/front reading light.
Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to Special Tools .
Interior Light/Front Reading Light

- 3 Nm
Sun Visor Center Bearing
- Removing and Installing. Refer to SUN VISOR OVERVIEW .
Bolt
- 2 Nm
Front Roof Grab Handle
- Removing and Installing. Refer to ROOF GRAB HANDLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
Screw, Self-Locking
- 4 Nm
- Replacing
- Threaded holes for screws must always be cleaned (for example, with thread cutter).
Rear Roof Grab Handle
- Rear roof grab handle is equipped with a coat hook.
- Removing and Installing. Refer to ROOF GRAB HANDLE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

Clip
- Quantity: 3
- For headliner to assembly bridge.
Assembly Bridge
- For headliner to body.
