Left Coolant Pipes, Removing And Installing: Installing

Install in reverse order of removal. Note the following:

Tightening specifications. Refer to OVERVIEW - COOLANT PIPES

NOTE:

Replace the O-ring.

Replace any bolts that were tightened with an additional turn.

Secure all hose connections with hose clamps of the same type as those equipped by the factory. .

-- Clean and smooth the O-ring sealing surface.

-- Coat the O-ring with coolant and slide it onto the coolant pipe.

-- Install the A/C compressor bracket. Refer to OVERVIEW - AUXILIARY COMPONENT BRACKET RIBBED BELT DRIVE .

-- Install the A/C Compressor. Refer to MECHANICALLY DRIVEN A/C COMPRESSOR: .

-- Install the After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-. Refer to After-Run Coolant Pump -V51-, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .

-- Fill with coolant. Refer to COOLANT, DRAINING AND FILLING .
