Overview - Auxiliary Component Bracket Ribbed Belt Drive

- Ribbed Belt
- Check for wear
- Before removing, mark direction of rotation using chalk or felt-tip marker
- Removing and installing. Refer to RIBBED BELT, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Do not kink
- When installing, make sure it is seated correctly on the ribbed belt pulleys
- Bolt
- 20 Nm + 90° turn
- Replace
- Vibration Damper
- With double ribbed belt pulley
- Removing and installing. Refer to VIBRATION DAMPER, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Cover
- For the idler roller
- Idler Roller
- 40 Nm
- For the ribbed belt
- Bolt
- Tightening specifications: 1 Nm.
- Generator
- Removing and installing. Refer to GENERATOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING .
- Bolt
- 20 Nm
- Bracket
- For the generator
- Bolt
- Tightening specification, refer to -item 2-, OVERVIEW - COOLANT PUMP AND THERMOSTAT .
- Ribbed Belt Pulley
- For the coolant pump
- Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Bolt
- Tightening specification, refer to -item 1-, OVERVIEW - COOLANT PUMP AND THERMOSTAT .
- Coolant Pump
- Removing and installing. Refer to COOLANT PUMP, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
- Bolt
- Tightening specification and sequence: Tighten the bolts -arrows- in a diagonal sequence in stages to 9 Nm.

- Power Steering Pump

- Bolt

- Tensioner
- 40 Nm
- For the ribbed belt

- Air Conditioning (A/C) compressor
- Do not unfasten/separate refrigerant lines
- Removing and installing. Refer to COMPRESSOR, REMOVING AND INSTALLING ON BRACKET .
- Bolt
- Tightening specification. Refer to [For engine(s) BAR, CTWB, BHK, CATA, CNRB, CTWA, CJWE, CJWC, CJWB] Special Tools
- Alignment Sleeve
- Quantity: 2
- Cover
- For tensioning element
- Sealing Flange, Belt Pulley Side
- Replacing. Refer to SEALING FLANGE WITH CRANKSHAFT SEAL, BELT PULLEY SIDE, REMOVING AND INSTALLING
-- Tighten the bolts -arrows- in a diagonal sequence in stages to 9 Nm.
