Removal And Installation: Radiator

Removing

NOTE:

If there are small impressions on the fins. Refer to COOLERS, CONDENSERS AND CHARGE AIR COOLERS, INSTALLING .

-- Drain coolant. Refer to COOLING SYSTEM, DRAINING AND FILLING .

-- Remove fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD .

-- Remove air guide hose -arrows-.

-- Remove the upper coolant hose -arrow- from the radiator.

-- Remove the bolts -1 and 2- and remove the radiator downward.

Installing

Tightening specifications, refer to RADIATOR AND COOLANT FAN ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW .

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

-- Air guides, installing with connector. Refer to HOSE CONNECTIONS WITH CONNECTOR COUPLINGS, ASSEMBLING

-- Connect the coolant hose with the connector coupling RADIATOR AND COOLANT FAN ASSEMBLY OVERVIEW .

-- Install fan shroud. Refer to FAN SHROUD .

-- Fill with coolant COOLING SYSTEM, DRAINING AND FILLING => Filling .
