Turbocharger, overview
NOTE:

- Nuts and studs on turbocharger are subjected to high temperatures. Use only genuine parts. See parts catalog.

- Air intake pipe
- Air intake hose
- Remove any traces of oil or grease on hose connections and hoses of charge air system before installing. Do not apply lubricant.
- 10 Nm
- Control pipe
- For Wastegate Bypass Regulator Valve -N75-
- Pressure pipe
- To opposite turbocharger
- O-ring
- Always replace
- Banjo bolt M8 - 20 Nm
- Seal
- Always replace
- Pressure pipe
- Supply pipe for control pressure
- To Wastegate Bypass Regulator Valve -N75-
- Banjo bolt M14 - 35 Nm
- Seal
- Always replace
- Coolant pipe
- Air intake hose
- Remove any traces of oil or grease on hose connections and hoses of charge air system before installing. Do not apply lubricant.
- Oil supply pipe
- Sensor -1- for exhaust temperature -G235- / -G236-
- Connection of temperature sensor must face downward when installing. Guide line upward in a loop.
- Tighten to 25 Nm
- 50 Nm
- Always replace
- Align turbocharger before securing. See INSTALLING .
- Exhaust manifold
