Removal And Installation

REMOVAL
- Remove the vibration damper. Refer to
DAMPER, VIBRATION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .NOTE:
When removing the front crankshaft oil seal, be careful not to damage its seat.
NOTE:The front crankshaft oil seal is ruined during the removal operation, therefore it must always be changed.
- Carefully remove the front crankshaft oil seal (1).
INSTALLATION
- Using the (special tool #2030100090, Installer, Crankshaft Oil Seal) (1), Install the NEW front crankshaft oil seal.
- Install the vibration damper. Refer to DAMPER, VIBRATION, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
