Right Air Cleaner Outlet Tube

REMOVAL 

  1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

  2. Loosen the clamp (1a) and disconnect the right sleeve from the air cleaner (1b).

  3. Disconnect the air tubing quick coupling (1) between charge air water cooler and right turbocharger intake.
  4. Disconnect the fuel vapor supply pipe quick coupling (2) to the right turbocharger intake.
  5. Open the retaining clip (3) and release the air tubing and the fuel vapor pipe.

  6. Loosen the clamp (1a) and remove the hose from the air cleaner to the right turbocharger air inlet tube (1b).

INSTALLATION 

  1. Install the hose from the air cleaner to the right turbocharger air inlet tube and tighten the hose clamps.
  2. Engage the air tubing and fuel vapor pipe with the retaining clip.
  3. Connect the air tubing quick coupling between charge air water cooler and right turbocharger intake.
  4. Connect the fuel vapor supply pipe quick coupling to the right turbocharger intake.
  5. Install the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
