Left Air Cleaner Outlet Tube

REMOVAL 

1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
2. Remove the air cleaner inlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .

3. Loosen the clamp (1a) and disconnect the left hose (1b) from the air cleaner.

4. Disconnect the air tubing quick coupling (1) between charge air water cooler and left turbocharger intake.
5. Disconnect the fuel vapor supply pipe quick coupling (2) to the left turbocharger intake.
6. Open the retaining clip and release the degassing pipe and the fuel vapor pipe (3).

7. Loosen the clamp (1a) and remove the hose from the left turbocharger air inlet pipe (1b).

INSTALLATION 

1. Install the hose leading from the air cleaner to the left turbocharger air inlet pipe and tighten the hose clips.
2. Engage the degassing pipe and the fuel pipe and tighten the respective retaining clips.
3. Connect the air piping quick coupling between heat exchanger and left turbocharger intake.
4. Connect the fuel vapor supply pipe quick coupling to the left turbocharger intake.
5. Install the air cleaner inlet tube. Refer to BODY, AIR CLEANER, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
6. Install the engine cover. Refer to COVER, ENGINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
