RH Engine Coolant Supply Pipe To Turbocharger

REMOVAL
- Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to HOISTING, STANDARD PROCEDURE .
- Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable.
- Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION
.
- Release the front differential breather pipe from the retainers (1) and move it aside.
- Remove the bolt (2) and the front differential breather pipe support bracket.
- Remove the bolt (1a), the forked flange (1b) and remove the right turbocharger engine coolant supply pipe (1c), complete with O-rings.
- Remove the bolt (1a) and the right turbocharger coolant supply pipe (1b), complete with O-rings (1c, 1d).
INSTALLATION
- Install the right turbocharger engine coolant supply pipe (1a), complete with O-rings and tighten the bolt (1b) to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the right turbocharger engine coolant supply pipe (1a), refit the forked flange (1b) and tighten the bolt (1c) on turbocharger side to the proper torque specification. Refer to TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS .
- Install the front differential breather pipe support bracket and securely tighten the bolt (1).
- Install the front differential breather pipe to the retainers (2).
- Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to BELT, SERPENTINE, REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION .
- Connect the negative battery cable.
- Remove the support and lower the vehicle.
